Melbourne Cup Extra Place offer details:

  • Place a Fixed Odds place or win/place bet on the Melbourne Cup final field market.
  • If your selection runs fourth, you’ll receive a place payout up to $300!
    Note:
    Your bet must be placed at fixed odds and only the first five (5) bets placed on the Melbourne Cup are eligible.

Melbourne Cup – Extra place special – Offer terms:

  1. The extra place payout will be applied to place bets, and the place portion of each way bets only.
  2. The horse selected must run fourth for the payout to apply
  3. The price type chosen must be ‘fixed odds’. All other price types will be ineligible for the extra place payout
  4. The extra place payout will be credited as a separate cash transaction following the resulting of the race and may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
  5. The maximum payout is $300 per customer.
  6. Only your first (5) bets on the Melbourne Cup will be eligible for the extra place. And the aggregate payout will not exceed $300 per customer.
  7. Offer does not apply to free bets. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
  8. Only bets placed on the internet or via m.sportsbet.com.au will be eligible.
  9. Offer does not apply to multi bets.
  10. Dead heat rules apply. If there is a dead heat for fourth you will receive half face-value of the ticket
  11. Only wagers placed on the final field market from 7.30pm Saturday 29th October will be eligible for the 4th place payout.
  12. Wagers placed on the futures market will not be eligible for the 4th place payout
  13. Members will be sent an email confirming the extra place payout has been paid on Wednesday the 2nd of November
